You buy insurance with the hopes you’ll never have to use it…but when you do, you hope the experience is a decent one. Well, Cornerstone has taken phenomenal care of our family and our insurance needs. I was recently involved in a claim, and they literally walked me through each step of the process, including getting me on the phone directly with the carrier, whose service levels have also been nothing short of spectacular. They are very easily accessible/responsive. We are extremely pleased with Cornerstone, and are grateful for the way they take care of us.
