A New Chapter for Brown Insurance The former owner of Brown Insurance, Brad Brown, has expressed great excitement over the sale of Brown Insurance to longtime friend and colleague, Jim Stone. Not only does Cornerstone share the same values for fast, personal service, but Cornerstone is also a local, well-established family insurance agency in a neighboring city. Furthermore, Jim Stone is a fellow Burbank High grad with established roots in the Burbank community. Virginia Brummett, who has been the office manager of Brown Insurance for over 30 years, will stay on as an employee of Cornerstone to ensure the continuity of service for all Brown clients. Both Cornerstone Preferred & Brown Insurance are excited about the enhanced service opportunities and vast potential that this merger will bring to their clients.
